Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@apna.aiskillhub.info. On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed thereafter.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of a charge for a full refund of that billing period, no questions asked. After 7 days, charges for the current period are non-refundable, but you will not be billed again once you cancel.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe and typically appear within 5–7 business days.
GST
Where applicable, GST is charged at the prevailing rate and reflected on your tax-compliant invoice.
