By using Apna AI you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Apna AI provides on-device AI tools to help small businesses draft replies, summarize notes, and sort messages. AI output is generated automatically and may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing every message before sending it to a customer.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, or spam purposes, or in violation of WhatsApp's own terms. You are responsible for the content you generate and send.

3. Plans & billing

The Free plan includes 50 AI actions per calendar month. Paid plans (Pro, Team) are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranty. On-device features continue to work offline once loaded.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Apna AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding month.
